Barangay Zone II Chairperson Joseph Allain Pantilanan and Barangay Banayan Chairperson Godfrey Martinez personally received the donations on behalf of their respective communities, underscoring the vital role of local government units in ensuring that essential healthcare services reach underserved residents during a ceremonial turnover held at the Conservatory Building in Mandaluyong City on Aug. 12, 2026.
