BATANGAS — Three fishermen who had been reported missing were rescued by the Philippine Coast Guard at Balayan Bay, Batangas, on Thursday night, Aug. 20.
According to the report, the fishermen experienced engine trouble at about 3 a.m. while returning home.
Without communication equipment, they were unable to immediately inform their families of their situation.
