Patrick and Brittany Mahomes donate $1.077M to 20 Kansas City charities

Patrick Mahomes has built much of his legacy on football fields, but his work away from the game has become just as meaningful. In Oct. 2024, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, brought their 15 and the Mahomies Foundation gala back to Kansas City for its fifth annual edition. More than 850 supporters attended the event, helping the foundation grant $1.077 million to 20 Kansas City charities.For Brittany, the night was about more than the money raised. It was about being able to give back to a community that has become such an important part of the Mahomes family's life. After the gala, she shared her gratitude on Instagram, describing the opportunity to help local communities as “truly a blessing.” The message captured why the couple has continued putting their platform behind causes that can give children better opportunities.
