The listing describes the estate as a rare legacy property, with expansive lawns, mature trees and privacy despite its location near some of Beverly Hills’ busiest streets.Boone, now 92, has owned the property for 66 years. He bought it with Shirley in 1960 when the couple had four young daughters and were looking for a large family home.
