Political party leaders and a large number of people paid floral tributes at the memorial of Tyagi Immanuel Sekaran in Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram district on Friday (September 11, 2026), amid heavy security cover provided by police, on the occasion of his 69th death anniversary.
First, tributes were paid on behalf of the people of Sellur village, the native place of Tyagi Immanuel Sekaran. Following them, members of the leader’s family — his daughter Sundari Prabharani, and grandsons Chakravarthy, Arokiya Goman and Jeevan — paid their respects. Subsequently, Devendrar Cultural Association members paid their tributes.
