Party Game Shuffle and Seek Launches on Steam September 23
Groovy Zebra Studio has announced the September 23 launch of its 4-player asymmetric party game, 'Shuffle and Seek', on Steam. The developer emphasizes a 'no-AI' policy, ensuring all assets are human-made.
Why it matters
The explicit marketing of 'human-made' content reflects a growing trend in the creative industries to differentiate products from generative AI-assisted works.
BOGOR, INDONESIA - August 31, 2026 - Groovy Zebra Studio has announced that its 4-player asymmetric party game, Shuffle and Seek , will launch on PC via Steam on September 23, 2026 . Transforming the classic formula of hide-and-seek into a chaotic, paranoia-inducing physics playground. In Shuffle and Seek, lobbies are split into two opposing roles. The Shufflers are tasked with moving objects before the clock runs out, balancing the high-score reward of moving massive items like refrigerators against the subtly shifting a tiny coffee cup. The Seekers must rely on memory and deduction to identify exactly what changed. Seekers can shout "Gotcha!" when they confidently spot a shuffled item or call "Sus" when doubting their own memory. The gameplay quickly escalates from quiet sneaking into physical comedy as Shufflers taunt Seekers and block ways, prompting Seekers to kick them out of the way.
