The Mega Parent-Teacher meetings held across the Annamayya and Anantapur districts on Friday (July 24, 2026,) stressed the crucial role of parents and teachers in shaping the careers and futures of students studying in government schools and colleges.
Annamayya District Collector Nishant Kumar, who inaugurated the Mega PTM 4.0 programme at the Zilla Parishad Telugu High School in Kalicherla village of Peddamandyam mandal, stated that parents and teachers must coordinate and work together for the holistic development of every child. He noted that the eight years leading up to a high school student’s future studies are critical and urged them to stay focused on their goals while shunning all negative influences.
