Paramount Skydance agrees to freeze its WBD mega-merger while the antitrust cases are decided
Paramount Skydance has agreed to pause its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery until antitrust litigation is resolved or until June 2027. The company maintains that the merger is beneficial for competition and consumers and intends to defend the deal in court.
