The Tenkasi All Women Police have arrested the correspondent of a private paramedical college for allegedly harassing a former student.
The police said a former student of a paramedical college at Meenakshipuram near Shencottai, who was studying in the college in 2024 and staying in the college hostel, used to speak with her boyfriend over the phone. When college correspondent Binu came to know of it, he reportedly started harassing and threatening her, saying he would inform her parents about her relationship.
Even though she completed her course in the college, Binu allegedly continued to harass the girl over the phone.
