CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) participated in the Third Quarter 2026 Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on September 10, 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen disaster preparedness among police personnel.
