In a post on his social media handle, Mr. Palaniswami referred to reported observations by Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar in New Delhi, after meeting Union Minister for Jal Shakti C.R. Paatil, and wondered why there had not been any reaction from the Tamil Nadu government.
