Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye convene for first meeting under Makkah defence pact
Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkiye have held their first meeting under the Makkah Defence Alliance to establish a new regional security architecture. Pakistan will provide the first secretary general for the alliance's secretariat, which will be based in Saudi Arabia.
