Pahalgam massacre mastermind Musa killed; entire LeT commander group wiped out

SRINAGAR/ NEW DELHI: In a joint operation by Army, police and security forces, a top Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist, identified as Mohammad Asif, alias Hashim Musa, was killed in an overnight encounter in the upper reaches of Yousmarg, around 60km from Srinagar.With his elimination, the entire group of four LeT commanders who had been operating in J&K since 2022 and were also behind the Pahalgam massacre has been wiped out. Home ministry called it a massive victory.
