Over 600 Pondicherry University students register on My Bharat Portal

Over 600 students at Pondicherry University have registered for the government's 'My Bharat' portal, an initiative designed to foster youth participation in nation-building. The drive aims to connect students with opportunities for volunteering, leadership development, and community service.

Over 600 students have registered in My Bharat Portal during a drive held at the Pondicherry University.
The University in a release said the Central government had initiated the plan to enrol students in the portal to encourage youth participation in nation-building. The University conducted a drive on the campus to encourage students to enrol in the portal.
Principal in-charge of Pondicherry University Community College Aruna inaugurated the drive. In her address, she highlighted the importance of My Bharat Portal in empowering youth by providing opportunities for volunteering, leadership development, skill enhancement, and community service, the College said in a release.
She encouraged students to actively participate in various initiatives offered through the portal and contribute to the nation’s development.
