LAHORE - The City Traffic Police Lahore (CTPL) on Saturday organised a Women's Scooter Walk at Liberty Market as part of its ongoing efforts to promote women's mobility, confidence and independence under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The event was organised under the Women on Wheels initiative and featured women who had successfully completed motorcycle and scooter riding training at Lahore Traffic Police Driving Schools. CTO Lahore Syed Abdul Raheem Shirazi and SP Headquarters Fakhar Bashir Raja participated in the activity and appreciated the enthusiasm and achievements of the participating women. Speaking on the occasion, CTO Lahore Syed Abdul Raheem Shirazi said the CTPL was committed to creating opportunities for women to acquire essential driving and riding skills and become more confident, independent and self-reliant.
