After weeks of speculation, the Reds are set to complete the signing of the France winger from Paris Saint-Germain, where he's been frozen out at the start of this season amid the uncertainty over his future.
Just before 8am this morning, Ornstein reported for The Athletic that the two clubs have finalised an agreement over the 23-year-old's imminent move to England, with LFC paying £106m up front and a potential £17m more in add-ons, as also called by Alex Crook .
Barcola is expected to sign a five-year deal with Liverpool, and a medical is due to take place within the next 24 hours as the transfer enters its final stages.
