PETALING JAYA: Organisers of the performance video deemed insulting to the institution of the Malay Rulers, Malaysia and the Rukun Negara should issue a public apology, says Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Dr Zulkifli Hasan ( pic ).
He said the performance video constituted a breach of proper conduct and a social wrongdoing that undermined the bonds of harmony in Malaysia's multi-racial society.
