A sprawling Oregon ranch with a mountain-top lodge and more than 35,000 acres of timberland, complete with its own streams, is on the market for $54 million, Mansion Global reported. Ochoco Ranch first went on the market in 2022, asking $65 million, making it the most expensive property listing in the state. Earlier this year, the property returned to the market after an $11 million price cut.Oregon's most expensive propertyA recreational paradise, Ochoco Ranch spans more than 35,000 acres of timberland in Prineville, in Central Oregon. It borders the Ochoco National Forest, and Redmond Airport is about 20 miles away. Most of the trees here are ponderosa pine, white fir and Douglas fir.
