Opposition to move third motion to remove CEC Gyanesh Kumar

NEW DELHI: Opposition parties are preparing to submit fresh notices in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to move a motion for the removal of chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar soon, sources said, making this their third attempt to move a motion to remove him. The notices, being drafted and vetted by experts, are expected to be submitted sometime next week, sources said.A notice moved by 73 opposition MPs from Rajya Sabha on April 24 seeking Kumar's removal is already pending in the upper House of Parliament.
