Minister for General Education N. Shamsudheen has said that the State government aims to completely eliminate drug trafficking networks through ‘Operation Toofan’.
He was inaugurating Toofan seminar at Kottarakkara Government Higher Secondary School along with various annual development projects implemented at the institution by voluntary organizations.
Highlighting the vital role of students in this movement, the Minister said that the youth recognizes life itself as the ultimate high, as evidenced by their active participation in anti-drug campaigns.
He added that the continuous support of the student community is essential to eradicate substance abuse.
