Open Oscar Server: open-source server compatible with AIM and ICQ clients
Open OSCAR Server is a new open-source project written in Go that allows users to host their own instant messaging servers compatible with classic AIM and ICQ clients. The project is currently under active development and includes a management API for server administration.
