One year of State-wide digital learning programme in schools
Telangana has successfully completed the first year of a digital mathematics and science learning program for students in grades 6-12. The initiative, run in collaboration with Khan Academy, has reached nearly 6,000 schools and 900,000 students.

Telangana has completed the first year of its State-wide digital mathematics and science programme for students in Grades 6-12, implemented by the Department of School Education in collaboration with Khan Academy.
Launched in June 2025, the programme has reached nearly 6,000 schools and trained close to 20,000 teachers. More than nine lakh students have accessed the programme, accounting for nearly 80% of its student base, an official release stated.
The initiative covers Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), Model Schools, Residential Educational Institutions Society schools, and government and local body schools.
