The Congress high command is considering the names and profiles of three senior leaders for induction into the Karnataka cabinet. One of them is likely to be made a minister, Satish Jarkiholi said in Belagavi on July 21.
He told reporters that he has no favourites among the aspirants, and he was not rooting for anyone. "I will consider whoever the high command chooses as my cabinet colleague, and I will work with them. Ultimately, the district will benefit,” he said.
