On Risk From Superintelligence, Top AI Expert's Chimpanzee-Nukes Analogy

It is difficult to describe what loss of human control over Artificial Intelligence (AI) may look like because we may not even understand the risk that superintelligence poses, British computer scientist Stuart Russell, one of the world's leading voices on AI, has said.
