The Chairman of Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Adebayo Olasoju, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to prioritising quality healthcare delivery as thousands of residents benefited from a comprehensive Mega Health Mission held at the council secretariat. The outreach attracted residents from across Isolo and neighbouring communities, offering a wide range of free medical services, including hypertension and diabetes screening, HIV testing and counselling, eye screening with free prescription glasses, cervical and prostate cancer screening, dental care, general medical consultation and treatment, as well as free enrolment into the Ilera Eko Health Insurance Scheme. The exercise was coordinated by the council’s Health Department led by Dr. Anne Okonma. Olasoju stressed that preventive healthcare remains a major pillar of his administration.
