Oil prices ease as Saudi restores key pipeline, traders optimistic on US-Iran talks

SHIVANGHI PAYALOil prices slipped below the $100-a-barrel mark on Wednesday as Saudi Arabia began restoring crude supplies through a key pipeline to the Red Sea, while hopes of a diplomatic breakthrough in the US-Iran war added to the ease.WTI crude was trading at $90.10 a barrel, down 42 cents, or 0.46%, while Brent crude stood at $99.09, down 16 cents, or 0.16% around 7:30 am IST.The decline came after Brent closed below $100 a barrel on Tuesday for the first time since September 8.
