Officials directed to complete preparations for Tirumala Brahmotsavams by September 14

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams officials are coordinating with local administration to prepare for the upcoming twin Brahmotsavams. The plan focuses on crowd management, food distribution, and security for the expected surge in pilgrims.
Why it matters
Managing large-scale religious events requires significant logistical planning to ensure public safety and operational efficiency.
With the twin Brahmotsavams scheduled in Tirumala this year owing to the extra lunar month, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), district administration, and police have drawn up an integrated plan to ensure seamless conduct of the annual festivities, TTD Executive Officer (EO) Muddada Ravichandra said on Thursday.
During a coordination meeting at Annamayya Bhavan, Mr. Ravichandra, Additional EO Ch. Venkaiha Chowdary, District Collector S. Venkateswar and Superintendent of Police (SP) Subbarayudu reviewed the arrangements and directed officials to complete all pending works by September 14. The Additional EO presented a detailed overview of the preparations.
