October 2026 COE Results 2nd Bidding: Cat A and B premiums both increased, as Cat A closed higher than Cat B for the fourth time this year
Singapore's Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums for Category A cars have surpassed Category B for the fourth time this year. Industry experts attribute this trend to high demand for smaller vehicles and upcoming sales events like the Car Expo.

Cat A (car up to 1600cc & 130bhp, and EV with up to 110kW) received 1,574 bids for 1,191 COEs and its premium climbed by $2,003. Category A COE closed at $132,004.
Cat B (car above 1600cc or 130bhp, and EV with more than 110kW) received 1,149 bids for 923 COEs and its premium climbed by $1,801. Category B COE closed at $131,901.
Cat C (goods vehicle and bus) received 481 bids for 308 COEs and its premium increased by $311. Category C COE closed at $92,900.
Cat D (motorcycle) received 611 bids for 539 COEs and its premium decreased by $234. Category D COE closed at $10,778.
Lastly, Cat E (all vehicles except motorcycle) received 411 bids for 270 COEs and its premium dipped by $1,210. Category E COE closed at $135,790.
