Speaking at a Goldman Sachs conference on Thursday, Huang said that companies will increasingly use AI to find software vulnerabilities and defend against cyberattacks. Huang's prediction comes as AI safety has become a hot debate in Silicon Valley. Researchers at companies like Anthropic have warned that increasingly powerful AI could pose existential threats if left unchecked — including by enabling more sophisticated cyberattacks. Huang wasn't asked about the debate or weighing in on it.
