Nurses stage demonstrations across Tamil Nadu

The Tamil Nadu Nurses Empowerment Association on Friday staged protests across the State demanding that the State government withdraw its decision to recruit nurses to 4,724 vacant posts on a 11-month temporary contract basis. They staged demonstrations at government medical college hospitals, government hospitals and district health offices.
