A sixth accused was arrested in relation to the rape and death case of a 14-year-old girl in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district. The latest to be arrested is a nurse posted at District Hospital Kishtwar, whose role surfaced during the ongoing investigation into the minor's suspicious death.Police said an FIR has been registered at Police Station Chatroo under stringent provisions of the POCSO Act, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.The probe into the case has now been handed over to the Crime Branch, according to a report by news agency PTI.
