Chair Jennifer Homendy held an update on the investigation Monday, in which she said the board has recovered flight and voice recorders from the plane and will review the data. The plane had two crew members aboard and was on its third flight of the day when it overran the airport runway and crashed into a parking lot, bursting into flames.
