NTS Radio and Atonemo Unite for Streamplayer Launch

NTS Radio and Atonemo have collaborated to launch a physical 'Streamplayer' device. The product features tactile buttons and a selection wheel to provide a more physical, screen-free interaction with online radio stations.
Why it matters
The device reflects a growing trend in consumer electronics that favors tactile, physical interfaces over screen-dominated user experiences.
If you were at Music Ally NEXT last week, you’ll have seen Leo Ballesteros, founder of Swedish audio company Atonemo and one of the finalists in our International Entrepreneur of the Year contest , talk about the launch of a neat little product based on the company’s Streamplayer. It’s called the NTS Radio Player, and it’s made in collaboration with the online radio platform NTS . Besides working as a standard Streamplayer, it also has two buttons and a dedicated selection-wheel that “tunes in” to NTS’s two main stations or their 16 themed “infinite mixtape” channels.
The article is a standard industry news piece regarding a product launch.
