Reigning world champion Lando Norris has committed his long-term future to McLaren after signing a new contract to remain at the team until at least 2030. The deal, which includes one of his title-winning Formula 1 cars as a gift from the team, also has the option of a "multiyear" extension beyond 2030. Norris, 26, who made his F1 debut with McLaren in 2019, last signed a multiyear contract extension in 2024 that was believed to run until 2027. Norris' future at McLaren had not looked in doubt and was only cemented by his championship-winning season in 2025, which made him the first driver since Lewis Hamilton in 2008 to win F1's top prize with the team.
