ISLAMABAD - The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on Saturday said no roads were blocked in Islamabad, clarifying that containers placed as a precautionary measure in compliance with the Islamabad High Court's directions to protect citizens' lives, property and lawful movement.
In a post on its official X handle, the ministry said the preventive security measures were aimed at protecting public infrastructure and sensitive installations, keeping in view the past violent practices of the party concerned.
