PETALING JAYA: The Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor today said members or officers of local authorities found to have committed cruelty against animals should face the full force of the law.
Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin, who is the royal patron of the Stray Free Selangor campaign under the Selangor Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, expressed deep sadness, disappointment, and anger over recent incidents of cruelty towards pets and stray animals, particularly dogs and cats.
