Public sector mining major NMDC conducted a capacity building programme recently as part the three month long campaign it has launched in the run-up to the Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) 2026.

The programme, conducted by the Vigilance Department of NMDC, was to enhance awareness and build capacity among employees on key focus areas identified by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). It offered insights and perspectives to strengthen vigilance, transparency, compliance, ethical conduct and good governance across the organisation. Director (Finance) Anurag Kapil and CVO C. Neelakanta Reddy spoke, the iron ore producer said in a release on Tuesday.
