NLMC to e-auction 459 RINL land parcels in Visakhapatnam

As part of the central government’s ongoing asset monetisation drive to unlock economic value from surplus public sector assets, the National Land Monetisation Corporation (NLMC) has announced an online e-auction for 459 land parcels belonging to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), according to an authorised official release here on Saturday (September 5, 2026).
Spanning a total area of 93,572.21 square yards, these properties come with clear, encumbrance-free government titles. According to the tender invitation issued by NLMC, the competitive online bidding will be hosted on RailTel’s E-Nivida e-procurement platform across two scheduled phases on October 12 and October 16, 2026.
