The National Institute of Technology-Calicut (NIT-C) has secured the first rank in the National Green University Ranking (NGUR) 2026, earning a platinum rating with a score of 96.5/100. A release said on Wednesday (July 29, 2026) that the award would be presented during the 10th NYC Green School Conference 2026 to be held in New York, held in partnership with Climate Week NYC and aligned with the 81st United Nations General Assembly.
