Nintendo has released a fresh firmware update for its Switch and Switch 2 consoles, adding VRR support while playing Switch 2 in TV mode.
The ability to toggle on VRR, or variable refresh rate, will of course also rely on your TV supporting this feature. Still, if it does, you'll be able to toggle this on — though bear in mind you'll also just need to activate an update to your Switch 2's dock first. (Finally, Welcome Tour's VRR minigame will be fully playable!)
