As reported by Ilze Dimante, head of external communications at Sadales tīkls, as of 7 AM, the electricity supply situation in Latvia remained stable. Only isolated damage to the power grid caused by strong winds was recorded.
According to the outage map published by the company, around 40 power outages were registered across Latvia on Saturday morning.
