Nicholas Hoult sells Hollywood Hills home at $750K loss for $2.2M

Superman star Nicholas Hoult has sold his longtime Los Angeles home for $2.2 million, taking a loss on the Hollywood Hills property after more than a year on the market. The actor had purchased the midcentury modern residence for $2.33 million in 2018, meaning the final sale price came in about $130,000 below his original investment, before accounting for transaction costs.Hoult, 36, first listed the property in February 2025 for $2.95 million, hoping to secure a substantial return on the home he had owned for seven years.However, the property remained on the market for more than a year without finding a buyer.
