A 25-year-old private school teacher allegedly ended her life at her residence in the Kamakshipalya Police Station limits on Sunday.
She reportedly left a note blaming her husband and sister-in-law for harassment.
The deceased has been identified as Shwetha, 25, a native of Tarikere in Chikkamagaluru district. She was working as a teacher at a private school and was living with her husband’s family at Sunkadakatte in Bengaluru.
According to the police, Shwetha married Murthy, a native of Kunigal, about four months ago after the two were in a relationship. The couple had initially lived in Lakshman Nagar, near Hegganahalli Cross, before moving to Sunkadakatte with the husband’s family.
