FORT PORTAL - Tooro's new King, Edward Rukidi Nyabongo I, has appointed Paul Nyakana Businge Akiiki as his interim principal personal assistant.
Principally, he will serve as the monarch's official spokesperson.
"He will officially be handling all my communications," said Nyabongo in a letter dated September 15, 2026.
