Chad Lowe's 13-year-old daughter, Fiona, died at a Los Angeles hospital on Sept. 29, according to the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner's office. Her official cause of death was ruled a suicide, per the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner's office. "We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona," the family said in a statement provided to Page Six on Tuesday.
