New Collector for Tirupattur assumes charge

V. Nallasivan assumed charge as the new Collector for Tirupattur district on Thursday.
According to a press release, Mr. Nallasivan earlier served as Sub-Collector, Chengalpattu division, before he was promoted and transferred as District Collector. The outgoing Tirupattur Collector G. Ravikumar was posted as Joint Secretary, Agriculture Farmers Welfare Department in Chennai, the release said.
