Mysuru airport has announced the commencement of operations under a new Car Parking Management System, inaugurated by P. V. Ushakumari, Airport Director, along with Raman Sharma, AGM (ATC), and Damu D., Senior Manager (Engineering – Civil), on July 23. The contract has been awarded to a private enterprise. The initiative underscores the airport’s commitment to enhancing passenger convenience and delivering a seamless parking experience.
Under this arrangement, the contractor will manage and operate the airport’s designated parking facilities, with a focus on safe and efficient vehicular movement within the premises; orderly regulation of traffic and parking of vehicles; maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards, and prompt customer assistance and service delivery.
