New Amrit Bharat Express service from Coimbatore Junction to Dhanbad to begin on Aug. 25
Indian Railways is launching a new Amrit Bharat Express service between Coimbatore and Dhanbad starting August 25. The train features upgraded amenities and is designed to provide affordable, long-distance travel for students, workers, and families.

The Railways will operate new Amrit Bharat Express trains from Coimbatore Junction to Dhanbad (Jharkhand) from August 25.
The train with upgraded coaches, improved seating, enhanced safety features and passenger-friendly amenities, which make long-distance travel more comfortable and secure, at affordable fares will comprise eight Sleeper Class coaches, 11 General Second Class coaches, two Luggage-cum-Brake Van (with accommodation for the differently abled) coaches, and a Pantry Car coach.
The train, which will traverse Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar, will be especially beneficial for students, daily wage earners, small traders, families and senior citizens who rely on Railways for long journeys, a Railways press release said.
Train No. 22363 Dhanbad–Coimbatore Amrit Bharat Weekly Express will leave Dhanbad Junction at 4.10 p.m. on Saturdays, effective from August 22, to reach Coimbatore Junction at 6.30 p.m. on Mondays.
