Nelson incident: Police name two people who died last Friday
Police have identified Nicola Yvonne Perry and Brendon James Perry as the two individuals found dead in Nelson, New Zealand. Authorities are treating the incident as a suspected murder-suicide following a firearms-related alert.

The pair died in Parkers Road in Tāhunanui on 4 September.
The alarm was raised when a shotgun was stolen from Hunting & Fishing in Quarantine Road in Annesbrook.
Police earlier said the offender then left the area in a vehicle before officers arrived at the scene.
A short time later, police were alerted to a firearms incident on Parkers Road. When officers arrived, they found a man and woman dead.

Nelson Bays area commander Inspector Steve Collins said police had finished examining the Parkers Road property.
