The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) (PG) examination will be held at 18 centres in Coimbatore district on August 30 from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., with around 4,393 candidates expected to appear for the examination, Collector Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar said.

The district administration has made arrangements for security, traffic management, uninterrupted power supply and emergency medical assistance to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination.

Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination centres from 7 a.m. The administration has advised candidates not to believe in unverified information regarding the examination.
